In this role, you will lead all aspects of software security across Dexterity’s robotics product lines, working closely with engineering, DevOps, operations, and customers to ensure compliance and best-in-class security practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead software security strategy across Dexterity’s robotics platforms
- Write and review secure code, security policies, and incident response plans
- Maintain and update security guidelines aligned with industry best practices
- Drive ISO27001 and SOC2 compliance initiatives
- Work directly with auditors, prospects, and enterprise customers
- Mentor software engineers and communicate security best practices
- Analyze security requirements and assess risks across systems
Requirements / Qualifications
- MS or PhD in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong background in Information Security and secure coding practices
- Proven experience achieving ISO27001 and SOC2 compliance
- Experience working with auditors and customer InfoSec / IT teams
- Strong knowledge of Modern C++ and Python
- Experience with Git and modern CI pipelines
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
